City Council Appeal Hearing: Tuesday, March 24, 2026 @ 4:00 PM

The Goal: Overturn the 400% expansion of the Pura Vida rehab/detox hub in our local shopping center. Protect the integrity of Santa Rosa’s neighborhood zoning.

4. Mobilize Other Districts

This is a city-wide precedent. If a regional institution can take over a local plaza in Skyhawk, it can happen in any district.
